Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Attention Connect VPN service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Attention Connect LLC provides commercial VPN services that encrypt your internet connection and route traffic through our servers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyright
• Distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious software
• Conducting DoS or DDoS attacks
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Sending spam or conducting phishing
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Facilitating terrorism, human trafficking, or other criminal activity
• Any activity in violation of applicable local, national, or international law

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate these Terms will have their access permanently terminated. Severe violations — including CSAM, cyberattacks, or fraud — may result in immediate termination upon first offense.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks and content associated with the Service remain the property of Attention Connect LLC.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attention Connect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
